L’annuncio ufficioso di questa nuova raccolta – a dodici anni di distanza della prima,
Paint the Sky with Stars (1997) – è apparso il 15 agosto del 2009 sul sito
albumvote.co.uk che ne aveva inoltre comunicato la pubblicazione per il 16 novembre. La notizia è stata poi confermata il 26 agosto sul
sito ufficiale, sul quale verrà riportato che questa raccolta – voluta dalla
Warner – avrebbe incluso pezzi scelti da
Enya,
Nicky Ryan e
Roma Ryan e che sarebbe stata inoltre accompagnata da un’edizione speciale con un DVD contenente materiale documentario; il sito confermerà inoltre la data di pubblicazione annunciata sul sito inglese, salvo poi essere posticipata al 23 novembre. Il 19 settembre sul forum ufficiale

CD ONLY FORMAT conterrà 18 tracce mentre quella
CD/DVD FORMAT 22 tracce e 13 video più 3 documentari. A queste due edizioni se ne aggiungerà una terza: la
Collector’s Edition; di essa – acquistabile principalmente sull’
Enya online store e su altri siti specializzati – ne verranno stampate solo 1000 copie di cui 300 riservate al solo mercato giapponese (come indicato sul sito giapponese
Warner Music Direct). La tracklist di questa edizione sarà la stessa di quella contenuta nella
